Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

The Panzani World Cup Campaign 2026 (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Pharmacie Nouvelle Limited (the

“Promoter”).

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is conducted pursuant to a temporary licence issued (or to be issued) by the Gambling

Regulatory Authority of Mauritius (“GRA”) in accordance with applicable laws.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will run from 29 May 2026 to 14 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received after 23:59 on 13 July 2026 will not be considered.

The Promotion is valid while stocks of participating products last, and availability may vary by store. The

Promoter shall not be responsible for stock shortages, delays or variations in product availability.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must:

a) Be 18 years or older;

b) Be a citizen or legal resident of Mauritius;

c) Hold a valid identity document;

d) Be residing in Mauritius for the duration of the Promotion and prize fulfilment period.

The following are excluded:

a) Employees, directors, consultants, agents of the Promoter and their immediate family members;

b) Any persons directly involved in the administration of the Promotion.

4. ENTRY MECHANICS

4.1 Qualifying Purchase

To enter, participants must purchase:

a) Any two (2) Panzani pasta products, and

b) Any one (1) Panzani sauce product,

from the list of participating products annexed to these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Entry Process

Participants must:

a) Scan the QR code (in-store or via official Promoter channels);

b) Access the campaign microsite https://cuisine.panzani.mu/ ;

c) Complete the entry form; and

d) Upload a valid proof of purchase (receipt).

4.3 Receipt Requirements

a) The receipt must clearly show the qualifying purchase;

b) Each receipt may be used once only;

c) Illegible, altered, duplicated or suspicious receipts shall be rejected; and/or

d) The Promoter reserves the right to request original receipts for verification.

4.4 Additional Conditions

a) Participants must use a mobile number registered in their own name;

b) Entries submitted using third-party or fraudulent details may be disqualified;

c) The Promoter shall not be responsible for:

d) Network, system or technical failures; and/or

e) Website downtime or mobile service interruptions.

5. MULTIPLE ENTRIES

a) Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase.

b) Only one prize per household may be awarded during the Promotion Period.

c) Eligibility for mega prizes requires a minimum of two (2) valid entries using different receipts.

d) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant where there is evidence of:

i. Fraud;

ii. Collusion;

iii. Abuse of the Promotion mechanics.

6. PRIZES

6.1 Secondary Prizes

a) 20 vouchers worth Rs 5,000 each (Omarjee).

6.2 Mega Prizes

b) 2 × Samsung TV (65”) + FIFA Official Ball

c) 2 × PS5 Slim + FIFA Game

6.3 Prize Conditions

a) Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;

b) Prizes may be transferred by the winner at their own responsibility;

c) No cash alternative is available; and

d) Prizes are awarded “as is”, subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.

6.4 Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. DRAW PROCESS

7.1 Draws will occur on scheduled dates during the Promotion Period, as per the below:

a) 9 June 2026;

b) 16 June 2026;

c) 23 June 2026;

d) 30 June 2026;

e) 7 July 2026; and

f) 14 July 2026.

7.2 All draws will be conducted at the premises of the Mauritius Turf Club:

a) Randomly;

b) Using a fair and auditable selection process;

c) In the presence of GRA officers.

The Promoter shall retain records of all draws for regulatory inspection. If a draw cannot occur as scheduled, it

may be rescheduled at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a) Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or email. It is incumbent on the Participants to ensure

that they entered the correct and up to date contact details.

b) Winners must provide:

i. Valid identification;

ii. Proof of address;

iii. Any supporting documents required for verification.

9. PRIZE COLLECTION

a) Prizes must be collected within 6 months, failing which they may be forfeited.

b) Collection location: Pharmacie Nouvelle Limited, Riche Terre.

c) Risk passes to the winner upon collection or delivery.

d) Unclaimed prizes may be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

10. VERIFICATION AND AUDIT

The Promoter reserves the right to:

a) Verify all entries and purchases;

b) Request original receipts; and/or

c) Conduct audits to ensure compliance.

Any irregularities may result in immediate disqualification.

11. DISQUALIFICATION

The Promoter may disqualify any participant who:

a) Engages in fraud, abuse or manipulation;

b) Submits false or misleading information;

c) Uses automated or bulk entry methods;and/or

d) Acts in a manner that may damage the integrity or reputation of the Promotion.

12. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

a) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the

Promotion or acceptance of prizes.

b) Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

i. Fraud;

ii. Gross negligence;

iii. Any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. DATA PROTECTION

Participants consent to the processing of their personal data for:

a) Administration of the Promotion;

b) Verification and prize fulfilment; and

c) Marketing (subject to opt-out rights).

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2017.

Participants have the right to:

a) Access, rectify and object to the processing of their data.

14. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING

Winners may be requested to participate in promotional publicity, subject to their prior consent, without any

compensation.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from

the Promoter, Pharmacie Nouvelle Limited, in relation to products and brands that it represents and markets

in Mauritius. Such communications may be sent via electronic means including SMS, email or other channels.

Participants shall have the right to opt out of receiving such marketing communications at any time by using

the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting the Promoter using the contact

details set out in these Terms and Conditions.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

17. GENERAL

a) The Promoter may amend or suspend the Promotion where reasonably required.

b) Any changes will be communicated via official channels.

c) The Promoter’s decisions are final, subject to applicable law and regulatory oversight.

d) Invalid provisions shall be severed without affecting the remainder.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius and subject to the jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
